Effective as of July 1, 2024, Global Wealth Management Investment Advisory, Inc. and Global Wealth Retirement Planning, LLC (together “Global Wealth Management”) and Playfly Sports Properties, LLC entered into an agreement wherein Global Wealth Management is the recipient of certain sponsorship rights, including the use of Florida Atlantic University Athletics Departments trademarks, logos, and registered marks in certain marketing materials. In connection therewith Global Wealth may also receive other benefits, including advertising placements on Florida Atlantic University websites, advertisements at Florida Atlantic University events, and promotional events at Florida Atlantic University events. As consideration for this arrangement and the aforementioned benefits, Global Wealth Management is obligated to pay $25,000 net from July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025, and $26,500 net between July 1, 2025 - April 1, 2026.
