With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, she specializes in Medicare planning and healthcare solutions designed to help retirees make informed, confident decisions. As a former agency owner and principal, Irma brings both leadership experience and client-first philosophy to every interaction, ensuring individuals receive personalized guidance tailored to their healthcare retirement needs.

Her connection with Global Wealth Management began through a professional networking event where she met the firm’s leadership. Recognizing the growing need for integrated healthcare and retirement planning, the firm’s founders invited her to bring her insurance expertise to the organization. She joined the firm in 2022 and now works closely with financial advisors and their clients to ensure healthcare planning is aligned with long-term financial strategies.

Before joining the firm, Irma built a career in the insurance industry working with organizations such as Allstate and Erie Insurance Group, as well as advising clients on Medicare and retirement healthcare planning. She is AHIP certified and has conducted numerous Medicare educational seminars, reflecting her commitment to education and advocacy on behalf of her clients.

Irma holds an Associate of Arts and Science in International Business from Strayer University and maintains her 220 and 214 insurance licenses
