Ivan Minkov is the Chief Financial Officer at Global Wealth Management, overseeing the Company’s financial planning & analysis, accounting, treasury, and capital management functions. Joining the team in 2023, Ivan brings over 16 years of diverse experience, ranging from leadership roles in mature large-cap global public companies to startups across various business sectors.

In his previous roles as the CFO of HC2 Broadcasting Holdings Inc. and the Deputy Chief Accounting Officer at HRG Group, Inc. (a Fortune 500 company), Ivan was instrumental in building teams and shaping key business transformations. His strategic foresight and deep understanding of M&A dynamics played an integral role in laying a robust foundation for future growth, long-term sustainability, and scalability of operations.

Ivan’s early career is marked by a significant period at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) in New York and London, where he managed audits for major insurance and investment management firms, earning recognition for his innovative approach and leadership.

A Certified Public Accountant, Ivan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from Baruch College, where he was a scholar athlete. Prior to moving to South Florida, Ivan enjoyed giving back to his alma mater as an accounting instructor, where he shared practical insights and experiences with aspiring financial professionals.
