Shaqia Desroches serves as Client Service Manager at Global Wealth Management, where she focuses on delivering attentive and reliable support to clients and advisors. In her role, she helps coordinate client service needs, assists with account administration, and works closely with the advisory team to ensure clients receive timely communication and thoughtful guidance throughout their financial planning experience.

Before joining Global Wealth Management in 2024, Shaqia built more than a decade of experience in client-facing roles across both financial services and hospitality. She previously worked as a Customer Service and Sales Representative at Wells Fargo, where she assisted clients with banking services and financial products. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions in the hospitality industry, including Front Desk Supervisor at Vacation Village Resorts and Assistant Front Office Manager at Bonaventure Resort & Spa. These roles helped her develop strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills that she brings to her work with clients today.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University.
