Jessica Tobia serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy at Global Wealth Management. She brings extensive experience in strategic operations, organizational leadership, and client experience design across high-growth companies in both technology and financial services. Jessica leads Global Wealth Management’s firmwide strategy, with a focus on strengthening in-house lead generation, optimizing the full client lifecycle, and creating a consistent, high-quality experience for every family the firm serves.

Prior to joining the Global Wealth Management team in 2025, Jessica held senior leadership positions supporting CEOs and founders through periods of rapid expansion. Earlier in her career, Jessica worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions, and began her professional journey in Deloitte’s Audit Practice.

Jessica holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
