Grant Conness is focused on helping clients achieve their ideal retirement by providing them with both innovative and traditional retirement planning and investment management solutions.
Grant is the co-founder and managing director of Global Wealth Management, an SEC Registered Investment Adviser. He is the co-host of “The Global Wealth Show,” airing on NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX. Grant is a regular Kiplinger contributor. He has been quoted in major publications such as The Wall Street Journal.
Grant currently resides in Fort Lauderdale with his wife, Jessica, and their four children. He is a passionate sports fan and enjoys boating, surfing, paddle boarding, coaching his children’s sports teams and spending quality time with his family. He is passionate about serving the community where he was raised via Global Wealth with Purpose, where he gives back to many worthy charities and foundations throughout South Florida.

Andrew has been a resident of Fort Lauderdale for more than 35 years, and he is a proud parent of his two sons, Dylan and Austin. Andrew has a passion for sports, and his hobbies include spending time with family, golfing, boating and traveling. He is also passionate about giving back to the community of Fort Lauderdale, where he was born and raised.

Amber Kelly is dedicated to helping individuals and families plan for their future. She helps develop comprehensive financial plans encompassing concerns such as income planning, retirement planning, asset protection strategies, investment planning and estate planning.
Amber earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a licensed Investment Adviser Representative and holds an insurance license in the state of Florida for life, health and annuities.
Amber has spent several years providing counsel to financial advisors from around the country on how to build suitable and ethical business practices. She has worked directly with all levels of financial practices, from CEOs to local independent advisors and insurance agents.
